I wish that every “transaction”, purchase, whatever went this smoothly. My mother passed, I’m obviously distraught, the funeral home gave us a brochure of caskets that ran from around $2,000-10,000 with the ones I thought were appropriate and nice in the $5,000-6,000 range. I started looking online, came across casket emporium’s website that read you could contact them 24/7. It was pretty late at night so I was certain no one would pick up, I’d leave a message and maybe speak the next day. I didn’t get to finish the message because Joe the owner was calling me back on the other line. From that moment he took ownership, found out what I was looking for, when I needed it, assured me he could get it delivered *well before* the funeral home’s cut off, helped me get what I wanted by clearing up some misinformation coming from the funeral home (turns out it *didn’t* need to be a metal casket to fly on certain airlines), told me he’d drive it there himself and called me to let me know it was there once delivered. The casket was a beautiful, elegant option for less than half of what I thought we’d end up paying. This kind of follow up — Are you kidding me?? Joe, you rock. Thank you.

We lost 2 family members to Covid19 a few weeks apart, the funeral process with all the new regulations was exhausting. One thing I did not have to worry about was the caskets . We paid $900 for each steel casket compared to the funeral home we saved over a $1,000 on each purchase. Joe made accommodations to make it as easy as possible for my family & I. The funeral home wanted to charge us $200 to store the casket until the funeral due to lack of space but Joe delivered on a Saturday 8am before the funeral so we wouldn’t have to pay the storage fee. He’s willing to communicate directly with the funeral director freeing up the family to deal with all other logistics . Thank you so much Joe . 10/10 recommend .

Another satisfied customer!! My family and I are very pleased with the product and service Joe provided! We found out from our sister-in-law on Monday afternoon that we could purchase a casket online. We looked online and found 3 casket companies. Two of them charged prices comparable to the Funeral Home price. Casket Emporium saved us $600.! Joe is very professional, kind, and helpful. He sent us pictures and spoke with us on the phone. He doesn't charge any up front or hidden fees. He personally delivered the casket to the Funeral Home at the promised time on Thursday morning (January 2nd). When I tried handing him the cashier's check upon arrival he wouldn't even accept it until after we saw the casket. We received several compliments on our Dad's beautiful casket at his funeral on Friday! We will definitely recommend Joe to others! Thank you, Joe!

He helped me clear the order mishap from West coast. I bought a Beautiful resting Bed for my mother. Joe gave me his word that it would be there exactly on time. Excellent customer service! Great prices! I even did add on and still came out cheaper than the funeral home prices! Delivery was on time and everything looked just as beautiful as online!
