The customer service is excellent. Very fast and attentive. There was a wide selection and the pricing was very reasonable. The only issue is the casket style of the casket we received was not the same as online. The design online had roses but the one delivered didn't have that, but when you order for a funeral there is not enough time to send it back and get another one so we did not say anything. The casket delivered was still beautiful and good quality and delivered less than 48 hours after ordering so we were more than satisfied

Hands down joe is one of the best guys to deal with.I had to get casket for my stepfather so i called late night and left a voice-mail. Joe promptly called back that night. I explained what i was looking for and when I needed it. He had started the order that night. He emailed me next morning with paperwork. The casket came on time in perfect condition top quality product. I went with a cedar one and received a lot compliments on it. Joe even reached out to make sure everything worked out and to make sure I was happy. Its reassuring to see people like joe take pride in their business at a time like this . Highly recommended

My mother passed away on November 2 without insurance, I was looking on several websites for a specific color casket. I sent a message and Joe contacted me via phone. This man was such a blessing. He was very caring about my needs and found exactly the casket I was looking for as well as delivered it in one day just as he promised! It was very beautiful! The prices are great! He responds very quickly except of course if he is in mid travel. He saved me $2,000. I highly recommend this company. They really do care. We will continue to use him instead of those overpriced caskets at the funeral home. You and your family will not be disappointed!
