CasketemporiumReviews of casketemporium.com

The saying under promise, over deliver , applies to this company and especially Joe. At first I was skeptical because, I had been shopping around for a casket for my mom who recently passed. Joe was very attentive and answered all of my questions. He walked me through the whole process and I was able to find a perfect casket for my mom. I am in the sales business and Joe went far and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Anyone reading this review, take it from us, in Joe we trust. Thanks again Joe.

This company is the best. Prices were extremely good and made an otherwise unpleasant life experience much easier. Promised delivery was kept and my family was very pleased with the casket.

Thank God there are people like Joe around when you need them. We looked online because of the high funeral costs for caskets, but were unsure about being able to get one delivered on time. Joe was patient, informative, and never pressured us once. We were confused over the casket we wanted, so when we gave him a description, he sent a picture via text, talk about personalized service! The casket arrived ahead of schedule in perfect shape, a big relief. Thank you Joe, thank you Casket Emporium! You can be sure we will recommend you when others are in need.

When your mourning people tend to take advantage in prices especially funeral homes. My sister found joe through goggle and joe came through!!! Exactly what we wanted. The casket is beautiful and he delivered himself and made sure it was what we wanted before leaving. very affordable price for great work!!! Thank you

Called late at night just to get the hours of operation and Joe picked up! Great guy real professional and always available very flexible and dedicated. And all that from just 3 conversations. Happy with the product, delivery, and prices! Definitely made my troubling time much easier and affordable! Will use and recommend again. Thanks. - D.Q. From Yonkers

I had to plan a funeral at Christmas time during a pandemic. I was already stressed out and then found out the cost of the funeral. It was overwhelming! I searched online and found a beautiful casket. I contacted them and Joe actually called me. I bought it and it was delivered. Instead of $6000, it was $1595. The funeral was perfect.

My experience with Casket Emporium was excellent. Joe is very courteous and replied quickly to text or phone calls. Even though we are in California and they are in New Jersey their service was great. When the casket was delivered Joe called me to tell me that a big scratch was found. He obtained a replacement and had it delivered the next day (Christmas Eve). He really cares about providing good service and the right product. Their prices are significantly lower what the funeral home will charge. I don't believe you can go wrong with them.

I was looking for a casket that fit my mom's reflection of her and I explained what she liked color wise and she loved flowers, so Joe was giving me colors to what I knew she would like and for flowers to be on the casket was a extra plus, Joe is patient and friendly and this is needed when trying to the right thing for loved one, so anyone that is looking for help, Joe is the person you want to talk to, Thank you Joe!
