It’s never easy saying bye to family. The casket we purchased from Casket Emporium gave us peace that Dad is sleeping in peace. Joe made everything lighter on us, took one of the largest burdens off our shoulders and truly made us feel like family. He took the extra time to help and talk to us. He made us feel as if we were his only clients, very refreshing in this day and age. Kindness that Joe showed us in our time of need is far and few. Joe was extremely helpful in helping us get a very nice casket. I was a little concerned with a perfect rating but after dealing with Joe I understand how he earned that rating. If I am in need of another casket I will for sure seek his assistance first. Thanks to Joe with casket emporium it was a beautiful service. The funeral home wanted 5,900 and for a comparable casket we were able get one for $1,500 through Joe.
