This company is very easy to work with and they saved us around $1,000 on a casket. Many people commented on how nice the casket was. Joe was very helpful and made sure the casket arrived on time. We really appreciate the service this company offers.

The easy and stellar customer service experience we received was in a word...PERFECT!! Joe was beyond prompt. He was knowledgeable about his quality products. Even the funeral home was impressed with the casket quality...and price. Thank you so much Joe for your assistance. I will tell everyone I know....

Joe is awesome. In a dire time of need, he responded to our late evening late time zone inquiry on caskets. He continued to answer our questions for the next few days to make sure we had exactly the casket we needed for our mother. Service was incredibly prompt. We recommend Casket Emporium for your loved one - Joe will get you what you'll need in time.

Searching for a casket outside of the funeral home selection was a hard task (considering quality and especially delivery time frame due to the pandemic) but Joe from the casket emporium help relieve much of the stress regarding it. He was prompt and timely, and he delivered the casket to the funeral home the next day. Would definitely refer this company. Thank you Joe!

Joe has helped us to get the same casket with half of the price quoted by the funeral home. He also helped us to ensure the vault size ordered by the funeral home would fit the casket. Although we found Joe a few days before the burial, he managed to deliver the casket the next day to meet our schedule need. Joe has exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend Joe to everyone.

My Mother-in-law passed unexpectedly and she did not have life insurance or much savings. I have no prior experience planning a funeral and was sickened by the exorbitant costs the funeral home gave us. I called Joe for assistance to keep our costs down, with the added pressure to meet a very tight delivery window. The beautiful casket arrived as promised and the money we saved will help extend my Father-in-law’s stay at a memory care facility.
