Casino HotstreakcasinoReviews of casino.hotstreakcasino.com

Shocking website, joined because of an advert that said no wagering bonus. Had a huge win so carried on thinking I had loads of cash... oh no they took all my deposit... and I swear the winnings from a single 10p bet meant i had to spend over £20k before i could access funds. Tried contacting support and despite screen shots showing the conditions, I joined under.... basically got told tough luck. You would be a fool to go near this site!

They charge a fee to withdraw money, do not gamble on this site they are a scam

I've chose this casino because amongst the offered withdrawal methods was an Immediate Bank Transfer but as I later find upon withdrawal is not an Immediate at all, after I spent long hours fuming demanding payout of my winnings, I finally get those a day later. Definitely a worse experience in my entire life.

I am currently contacting the regulators regarding Hotstreaks Casino due to the complete disregard they show for players with multiple needs. Their understanding of how to deal with vulnerable customers is shocking. This casino leaves those with additional needs in extremely vulnerable positions, failing to provide the proper support or guidance. The promotional content on their website is particularly harmful for problem gamblers, as they aggressively push addictive behavior without any real effort to mitigate the risks. Worse still, their staff is clearly undertrained, handling issues that should be escalated to management. Instead of prioritizing player welfare, they seem to prioritize revenue, only pretending to care for legal reasons. Being a responsible operator means upholding certain responsibilities, especially when you have a “safer gambling” team. Hotstreaks completely fails in this regard. They do not uphold their duties, leaving vulnerable players to suffer the consequences.

Spent £30 Told I had 100 free spins ,it was only when I tried for 3 hrs to open the game to.play my free spins that I spoke to Allen and he assured me the games would open on my new Samsung phone , but they clearly don't open . While he offered me to play on a new game instead he then tells me it's 40 times the value of the play to be able to actually win anything back for free .. The Odds really are stacked up against the players. Something doesn't feel right about this site. mmmmmm.

I won £150 on my account and they have closed my account and refusing to give me my winnings after I deposited money on there account multiple times avoid I will be reporting to gambling company also be careful if you win as they will not pay out and reject your money money grabbing rats

I'm sorry but on Hotsteak and their sister site Mayfair casino l have had two terrible experiences. Playing with, winning with and then getting much less payouts after using bonus money on these sites. On Mayfair l won £500 on bonus money l wagered it through only to receive £100. On Hotsteak l won £130 with bonus money to receive only £35.

Terrible online casino. Do not be drawn in by this site, whether it is free spins for new customers or other offers. Absolute crap!!! After I Joined, there was an offer to to deposit £20 and receive 100 spins on a slot game. Deposited and played the game. Won £18. But that has not gone onto my cash balance. Read on the site I had to wager my winnings. Which I did. Still money stuck in bonus balance. Do not trust this online casino. The payouts are very poor in games and they will charge you £1.30 if you withdraw anything below £30!!!! Rubbish rubbish rubbish!!!!!!!
