Casino HotstreakcasinoReviews of casino.hotstreakcasino.com

Vile. Took £20 deposit from me using my joint account card. Played for a while. Withdrew £150 and later won £300. They wouldn't let me draw any of it. Said it was because of my card. Let me deposit with it though didn't you .I've used this same card for months on other sites and newer had a problem . Scumbags. I hope you get your day . You could at least have the decency to give me my deposit back. Scumbags of the earth

Absolutely terrible. Didn't recieve the "login spins" promotion for 2 weeks. I spoke to an advisor called Nate about it on the live chat. Explained the situation, just asking why. Sent the screenshots etc, of the promotions. He started off by telling me I hadn't met the terms and conditions... i Explained all I had to do was "log in" so he didn't even get that right. Then after him being corrected and me waiting on this chat for almost half an hour decides to suddenly inform me my account is restricted for promotions. No problem with my account before this.! All for asking about a promotion i didn't receive. He tried to make me believe this was already the case but it wasn't, he did it. Anyway the app will be getting deleted. Stay away from this company is my advice, treating their customers like this is a disgrace.!

So after my last review this site just got worse, they are up £840,I spent £80 on a game for it to glitch for the second time, how fortunate for them I definitely would not join this site, don’t waste your money should of listened to the reviews they say it all

Website is very slow and unusable it took forever to make a deposit due to the button not loading. All of the games are slow and laggy and half of them end crashing. Waste of time avoid

Game crashed lost progress no help from hotstreak. Not the slightest bit concerned. Have to wait to get pending withdrawal before I can close account.

Waiting for £2499 to be paid into my account! Representive has stated it is my money and “awaiting “ the account to be reviewed! I didn’t think there was going be a problem with withdrawal and with that I’ve paid out £2000 to fight for my son in court! And now Hotstreaks haven’t done anything about it or told me a time when there going to process this withdrawal, I wouldn’t of paid out such a life changing amount if I thought there was going be a problem! If not withdrawn in time will not be able to pay my rent due to me paying out money, waiting on the withdrawal which is causing life at home very stressful as I have a 5 month old and mum who depend on me for money.

This casino is a complete scam and should be avoided at all costs. They happily take your deposits without any issues, but the moment you try to withdraw, they create endless excuses to deny you access to your own money. I even used my friend’s bank card with full permission, yet they forfeited my winnings and refused to return my deposit. Their customer support is unhelpful and dismissive, providing no solutions or explanations. This casino operates in bad faith, preying on unsuspecting users and making false promises. It’s nothing but a dishonest platform designed to steal your money. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this fraudulent site altogether!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS DUKE WAS WASHED
