I would give minus 10 stars if I could. About two weeks ago I asked them to not charge my debit card because I couldn't afford the payment and I was getting cash and I would go in and pay it with cash a few days later. I even tried giving my son's card with his permission to make the payment. The girl said I can't take it unless it's from your checking account. But she said she took off the debit card. I asked her twice. She said yes I took off the debit card and I'll put a note in your file you will come in and pay cash. So I went to get my diabetic meds and my debit card declined because the witch..the w is a b though... lied to me and never took my debit card off. I called my bank to dispute the transaction. I once again went to try to get my diabetes meds today and once again the card declined because this f,,c,,king company charged my card again! They are mother f ,,c,,king liars and now I'm missing out on work cuz I'm on the hospital cuz they lied to me...thank you cash store...for trying to kill me.

Applied online and was approved. Online said no credit check needed. Spent a hour and a half at the store just to tell me my credit score didnt pass. Lady was nice but false advertisement sux.

I lost my title and the store won't help me with a letter to help me get a replacement from dnv I paid my loan back in the first month of getting the loan somebody please help me

After I went online and got approved and took the time to go to one of there store and was in the for 45mins. I never got a loan because they wanted a second photo ID which I didn't have. I think they should atleast tell them they may need another form of photo ID before they have them come down. My social security wouldn't even work. I waisted a good 2 hours just to drive there for nothing.

These people are rude and do not know what they are doing. One person tells u one thing and another one tells u something else then when u TRY to ask a question they raise their voice at u and talk over u.... Very unprofessional....

My account. Was hacked. By another loan store. And it was a scam after I got my loan From cash store. They. Called. 3 times. I. Explained to them. What happened when I went I got back on my feet I went to the store to make a payment. And They. Blocked me from getting any more Loan from them I would not recommend that place to any body Horrible place to do business with them

This store just launched a website and promoted it as an alternative to driving in the snow and ice. I went to the website and followed the prompts to refinance my loan. They directly told me that because of an error in their site the payment was taken out of my account anyways and my account overdrafted. They admit openly that their website is only 2 weeks old and they know nothing about it and they openly admitted to finding the documents that I signed, stating that they were complete the first time and unfinished the second time. Making sure that I was not sent a copy first. I took out a loan because I was a single mom who had to. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This place is a rip off. Do not apply for loans here. Payday loans suck, this place sucks harder!! I took out a 250 dollar loan and ended up paying 1000 dollars back . Look elsewhere, trust me YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
