Big State helped immensely with the complicated selling, and buying, of my mother's home. Everything was explained fully, and in a timely manner, and took away some of the stress, in such a difficult situation.

I was impressed with the buying agent assigned to me. He was very professional and a good communicator. I had a large house with a pool. The house needed some work after living there for 12 years and having little time to do maintenance and fix-up. Since I had already relocated out of state, working with a conventional real estate agent was the last thing I wanted to do. That is why this option is so convenient. I got a reasonable price, considering the condition of the house and anticipated repairs, and now I can move on with life. Very positive experience!

I used Cash House Buyers USA and it was a great experience. I never felt like I was getting ripped off, they always called in advance to coordinate contractor access to the property and they were honest and professional from the time I signed a contract until I closed. If I had a question, I could easily get an answer. I highly recommend these folks. Very trustworthy.

Since I had never sold a house, I was a high maintenance customer. Every time I had a question or needed direction, I was given a response. I found them up front and I appreciated their patience. The men I dealt with were fair and honest businessmen.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SITE. I WAS GOING THRU A HARD TIME SINCE MY FATHER PASSED AWAY SUDDENLY. I AM AN ONLY CHILD AND I LIVED 2 STATES AWAY. MY FATHER OWNED A HOME IN DALLAS TEXAS. AND I DECIDED THAT I JUST DID NOT A 2ND HOME. I HAPPENED TO GO THRU MY DAD'S MAIL WHEN I COME UPON THIS LETTER. I READ AND DECIDED TO GIVE MR TOMMY A CALL. HE MET US THE NEXT DAY AND LOOKED AT MY DAD'S HOUSE. VERY PLEASED AND EASY TO TALK TO. EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL. MR TOMMY WENT FAR AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WITH BUYING MY DAD'S PROPERTY AND WITH A GOOD PRICE. VERY PLEASED WITH MR TOMMY AND HIS STAFF. I GIVE IT 5 STARS.
