Awful! Do not waste your time! Would not recommend! Offered less than 5% of tax assessed value on 2 of our properties in Texas .3 acres and Colorado 5 acres with a total value of over $35,000. Market value of $60k plus. Insulting offer of $1,200.00. They should be ashamed! How do you sleep at night doing this to any American in 2026. Pitiful!
