Thickness of the cases
I had an issue with the thickness of the case, which prevented my phone from charging properly on my MagSafe dock. While I was disappointed that the thicker covers didn’t work as expected, I really appreciated the support from the team. They were helpful throughout the process and sent me the glass version of the product to help resolve the issue. I also sent videos demonstrating the problem, which I hope will help the team identify the issue and potentially assist other buyers in the future. Although the original product didn’t work for my setup, I appreciate the team’s effort to rectify the problem and their willingness to listen to the feedback. For the Samsung s26 ultra cases.
