DON’T TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! I ordered baby shower cookies for my daughter’s first child from CaseBakes. I placed my order a few days short of 2 months before my event and was assured by Casey that it was plenty of time. I never received the cookies! Her nor her managers are responding to any of my messages. They have my money and I have no cookies! This business does not respond to customer messages or calls. I have called and sent MANY messages trying to inquire about my order and all my messages and calls have been ignored. I was counting on these cookies for the cute sweet treat part of my event. This business not only ignored all my messages and calls, they left me high and dry! No communication at all! No decency to let a customer know that they were not going to come through with the order. They have my money though!!! Needless to say, my event was ruined! I had no time to make other arrangements. A more than horrible let down and disappointment. You only have a baby shower for your first grandchild once! This business doesn’t care about their customers! DON’T TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!

I ordered cookies a month in advance for my daughters baby shower. I made sure to personally correspond with the owner about when I needed the cookies. I wanted them for November 4th so there was plenty of time before the shower. This woman mailed them on Nov 2nd. Not guaranteed delivery, just regular mail. 2 days prior to when I needed them, on election week when millions of people were mailing in ballots. Needless to say the cookies arrived 5 days late and I had to scramble last minute to find dessert for the shower because of lousy service at this bakery. Her response? Its not my problem, the post office is to blame. So I lost over $100 on some lousy cookies. Stay away from this place. This woman couldn't care less about your event.
