Bad experience, no help and no refund
We had rented Casa De Suite Extra in Milano for a weekend. We could not open the door when we arrived, so we had to rent 3 hotel rooms in the middle of the night. The next day an employee from Casa de suite came to help us open the door with no luck as she told us the wi-fi was not working, and due to that the door could not open. She managed to open it after 30 min with help from the office. Casa de suite will not give any refund or pay our extra build for the hotel, very bad service!!!! We cannot recommend this company after our bad experience with this apartment - not funny standing in Milano in the middle of the night, 6 persons, and cannot enter the apartment.
