Ordered, money quickly comes out to pay for item, then nothing. No way to track the order. We understand there is a pandemic but the lack of information is frustrating. Of course we received the email, that they have our information and it is being reviewed, So is this review.

Paid, said it was shipped, then said it wasn’t able to be shipped. Shady company and Chinese knockoffs.

I never revived any updates for what I ordered I’m still waiting on my item, and I have attempted to track it with no luck I even downloaded the app for tracking and I’ve sent out an email all I got back was an automated email saying my email was received.

Dear Customer, due to Coronavirus pandemic the shipping process is moving very slow. That's why delivery of the orders takes up to 20-25. We are sorry but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. Sincerely, Casabilanka
