We received our 3rd Barefoot Dreams Prayer Throw from Casa Bella Decor as a gift for my wife who is celebrating her 3rd year of being breast cancer free. I have purchased different Barefoot Dreams Prayer Throws from Casa Bella Decor for the past three years to celebrate my wife’s survivorship of breast cancer. Each year the throws arrive promptly on the 1st of October from Casa Bella Decor with a special note and packaging for my wife. Thank you Gia and Jennifer for you thoughts and kindness. I love my table! And I love Casa Bella Decor! I ordered a VERY popular table (Four Hands Abaso Dining Table). Jonathan was amazing in guiding me through the ordering process and keeping me posted on delivery. I was very nervous because ordering something you haven't seen in person can be scary but having great customer service makes all of the difference in the world. I ordered the Surya Amira Mango Wood Round Coffee Table, which did take awhile to be delivered, but it was 100% worth the wait. Not only did I get 20% off my order, but Jonathan the Rep was constantly in contact with me about my order. He would answer every question I had and was always sending updates. I could not be happier with my purchase. I also love the fact that Casa Bella Decor offers free shipping and the price of this coffee table was the cheapest compared to every other site I found. My coffee table is fabulous and looks amazing in my space! Trust me, order from Casa Bella Decor because you will not be disappointed! Thank you again! I bought a beautiful coffee table from Casa Bella. Since it was shipped from overseas, Jonathan proactively updated me on ship date and delivery date. I could not have asked for better customer service or for a more stunning piece of furniture!

If I could make this 10 stars I would as their customer service is first class. The true test of customer service is not when all goes well or just for minor issues like back ordered items, it is when things go totally awry. This was my experience where we received our 2 chair shipment with a gaping hole in one of the boxes and a smaller hole in the other, I immediately called Casa Bella customer service and received an immediate call back from Jonathan. From that moment forward, we communicated by text or direct phone call - Jonathan took care of the return shipment to the manufacturer and replacement order. The two boxes were picked up and Jonathan communicated at least twice a week until the new order came. I doubt I would have gotten the same service from the chair manufacturer or the shipping company. In the replacement shipment, one of the chairs had a manufacturer defect - Jonathan again stepped in to expedite another replacement and I did not have to fill out any paper work or communicate with the Shipper or manufacturer, just send pictures to Jonathan. We realized that none of this was Casa Bella's fault, just a bad situation - I never really stressed over it though as I had full confidence that Jonathan and Casa Bella had my best interest as a priority and we are now finally in possession of two quality chairs and quite a story which could have been a total nightmare, but with Casa Bella Cust. Service I had full confidence the situation would be resolved. I feel like Jonathan is a trusted friend who had my best interest at heart. About a couple weeks after we got our wonderful chairs, Jonathan again called to check in to see how we were enjoying our purchase - now that's customer service!!

I had an amazing experience I preordered my four hands Stevie sectional from casa decor and with Jonathan’s help he was able to hold the couch for me until my move in date which was a month away. It was also delivered on the exact day I wanted it and it all worked out so smoothly. Will most definitely be ordering again!
