Dark patterns in their website form
Their web form asked for the model, make and year of the car I was considering shipping. It asked for my email address. When it asked for my cell phone number, I closed the tab without hitting submit (after typing in my cell number). They not only grabbed my cell phone number before I hit submit, they shared it with a dozen aggressive salespeople from different businesses who are texting and emailing me constantly now. This DARK PATTERN of data capture, and betrayal of privacy rights, combined with sharing my contact information without my consent indicates a lack of ethics. I can't trust all the incoming aggressive sales texts and emails if this is how they get their leads. Seems like a long con. AVOID.
