I'd read previous reviews of CarsDirect, and I wondered if I'd have a similarly positive experience. They were exactly as advertised. I'd originally thought of buying a 2013 model Ford Fusion, but the exact set of options I wanted were difficult to find late in the buying season. In the end, I decided to purchase a brand-new 2014, and we literally built the car from the ground up, with just the set of features that I wanted. And true to their advertising, they delivered the car to my door. What I didn't expect was that the dealer "downstate" would provide the sales rep I'd been talking to all along, and with the business manager in tow to complete all the paperwork at my kitchen table. I got a complete top-to-bottom review of the car's many features (it's a hybrid, so there was more to discuss than the usual set), just like you'd expect at the dealership, but in my own driveway, and on a car with a very competitive price. This company is the real deal. I'll work with them again if I have the opportunity.
