I bought an item off them, which cost over 150euro. The item never arrived. When I asked them for a tracking number they gave me a tracking number that was not for my package. After this, they ignored my emails. Only after engaging with Paypal did they give me a partial refund, and they kept to 48euro shipping charge, for an item they never shipped.

ordered a part though them, and there were two parts available for the year, confirmed year and registration,chassis number. wrong part came since then i can not contact any support, no response to e-mails etc. by all means use this company, if you are 100% sure of the part number

No communication and order was cancelled and refunded nearly 2 weeks after ordering with no explanation or apology. A waste of my time and back to searching for what is not an easy part to find it seems.

I bought OEM (original) cable for Skoda GPS antenna in early March 2021, initially they sent me a cheap non-original and generic cable never ordered, pointed out the problem after more than a month, they sent me a non-original cable again. I needed the OEM one. so I have been without cable for almost 2 months and now I still don't have it. Bad experience, never buy on this site again.

Thanks for your feedback, but the real situation is. You ordered the product on March 14, 2021, our employee made a mistake and we sent you a non-original cable, when you received the product, you wrote to us that the product is not original and you want the original cable. I wrote to you that the original 6m cable is no longer produced, we can send you 4m, you said ok, we sent it to you last week. We also left you not the original cable. We answered all our questions, closed your question. I don't quite understand why you gave us a 1 star rating. Regards Alex

I was sent a steering wheel for my 2019 Skoda karoq in early December 2020. First it arrived with leather peeling off the back. They offered a refund of 15 euros for it... I then tried to fit the wheel and found it was for the wrong model. I told Mr Pekar, the ceo, directly who said he would organize a replacement. He then stopped replying to my messages and wont pick up calls. It never arrived, I sent the old wheel back at my own cost and am now chasing them for a new wheel, over a month later. This is really, really bad customer service :(

I placed an order for steering wheel. Money were withdrawn same moment. Even though delivery said 2-3 days, after 1,5 months i did not receive either any update or the item itself. Numerous reminders went without any response at all. They do not respond to emails or phones. Only thanks to Paypal could get a refund promptly.

Bought 4 items for only 3 to turn up well over the 13 day delivery period. after three weeks of emailing them with no replies they finally said this item was no longer available.A further three weeks and no more replies from them and still awaiting refund

The headlights are damaged, and the contact said that the headlights will be returned. After a delay of four months, there will be no refund or processing. After buying the steering wheel, the payment will be paid within 21 days, and the goods will not be sent out or refunded. Whatsapp requires it to refund and send the goods, but in the end, it will not reply or process. No credit seller
