Cars EquipmentReviews of cars-equipment.com

I did order a highline camera for an Audi A3 8V. Instead a lowline camera arrived. I sent back the camera (and confirmed that was delivered) and agreed to pay an extra amount so as to send me another code. About last week no reponse at all to my mail and whatsup messages.

Since you paid for an item they wouldn't answer your emails, especially if you would like to get a refund.

Vaclav Pekar is apparently the CEO, purchased a part from him & his company "Cars equipment" He had been in touch prior to purchasing via email's no problems at-all but as soon as I received the product from them which is not even the correct/right part number I ordered, he does not want to respond to any email's whatsoever...try's to tell me that the part I received is correct but it is not!!! Also the part he sent me is also 20 euros cheaper than the one I purchased on there website. BEWARNED-SCAMMERS FROM THE START-THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING-DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE-TERRIBLE CUSTOMER AFTER SERVICE-AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES OR SETS A COMPANY APART.

I paid for MIB 2 STD screen, screen arrive with scratch, no information is new, or scrap, or what....anothet shopping, and another issue.....no replay on mail, nobody pick up phone.... no replay on Whatup. I will stay away from you guys. Thx

you can't trust these people. I bought 3 products, only 2 of them came. On the day the order arrived, I sent an email saying that one of them was missing, and they promptly replied that they would send what was missing. 2 weeks later, I still had nothing. I sent e-mails again, no response !

I bought a product with them, and I keep waiting for the product without having received it. I have written to them countless times and at first they answered me but they stopped answering me when I told them that I wanted the money back. A shame. Be careful if you are thinking of buying material with them.

Unreliable not even an email everything fake they are scammers don’t fall for that ! Bought a reverse camera for my car and They never send it they got the money Of course . Pure bullshite .

I have pay for a Part But the seller Not answer, they Send nothing and my Money don’t Send back very Bad
