Eric H is a real rockstar! I worked with Eric over 3 sessions and he helped me reset my position in the abbreviated loop, fully understand how to exceed expectations in the interview and I always felt like I could run anything by him and get honest feedback. Nailing the interview process from an investment in proper preparation is the best long-term investment you can make and Eric can get you to your goal.

Great service to help with mastering interviews.

The app was easy to use, had everything I needed and offered a great number of options. Based on what I was looking for, I got great recommendations. The purpose of this app is achieved and I thank the carrus team.

I received invaluable knowledge from my coach. It was money I would absolutely spend again!!

I was able to find a tech coach who understood my problems and gave me good actionable feedback as well as a structure to move forward with. It is great to work with someone who has been on the interview panel for the companies you are aiming for.

The right Coach at the right Time Finding the Coach with the experience relevant to my needs was easy and convenient. I am also very happy with the Coach I chose and I recommend Carrus as a resource for any professional.
