Promises made, all promises broken. After 6 weeks product never delivered. Kept getting updates and emails from a seemingly AI customer service saying all is well and items have been shipped. No shipping status or tracking number provided, as promised. This site is terrible.

I ordered a mini rc drift car on November 28th. It’s been 8 business days since and yet still hasn’t been shipped out. I don’t even know if it’s been processed! I’ve reached out for help multiple times and they respond with an automated email telling me the same thing over and over. I haven’t gotten any real help and I’m quite upset and Christmas is coming up and the shipping and delivery already takes a while but to take 8 DAYS? Just to process and ship it out? No thank you. I hope to see my order on its way soon and I payed a good price for this. Edit: they are definitely a scam website. Don’t go for it!
