I'm very happy with our flooring and Gary went over and above to make sure our flooring was just what I wanted.

I would recommend carpet one service over and over. Had some minor issues and they took care of it and made sure it was completed.

They answered all of our questions, assisted us in installing it on our time frame and followed up after to make sure we were satisfied. Love, Love the carpet!!!

Gary Ellis was our sales person who guided us to the carpets that met our specific needs and wants. Gary is a very personable, polite, and knowledgeable sales person. He made sure that we had excellent carpet installers (Kevin & Kenny) to insure our satisfaction with the entire transaction. Gary also gave us advance notice of when the carpet was in stock, when the installation was to take place and even followed through with us after the installation to make sure we were entirely satisfied. We have already recommended him to our friends and business acquaintances.
