Friendly and reliable

Not since my wedding have I had a more pleasurable experience. I was immediately drawn in to the knowledge and politeness of the staff. I knew right away this was not going to be a carpet purchase, this was going to be an experience. This flooring and this time was meant to be. I was taught as if I was sitting back in my classes at Duke University, who knew there was so much information about floors? Carpet One knew, that's who! I will proudly give their names to all of my family, friends and colleagues. Thank you Carpet One, Bravo!

From start to finish, Carpet One provided first class, professional service. They frequently checked with me to ensure that everything was being done to my satisfaction, and immediately resolved a small issue which arose. After the completion of the project, they contacted me to make sure I was happy with the final product.

A little over six years ago, we purchased a condo and the bedrooms had to be recarpeted. I went to Carpet One and told the sales person what I wanted in material and color. She showed me exactly what I wanted and then scheduled installation. The installers were very professional and got the job done when promised. I recently sold the condo so that I and my 90-year old husband could move to an assisted living facility as I had been caring for him for two years and he had been sick for a very long time. The carpet still looks good after six years!
