Carpe Diem TeamsReviews of carpediemteams.com

I couldn't be more happy working with Carpe Diem's marketing and publishing teams. Each team is overseen by a manager that ensures the quality of work and adherence to timelines. Communication is thorough and frequent through Slack. Updates provided each day on ongoing work. I can be as granular or big-picture focused as I want to be and know that the work is still being performed in a timely and efficient fashion by a specialist trained for the task they are working on, rather than by some jack-of-all-trades VA that is a master of none. 100% positive experience with Carpe Diem. Will work with them again in the future, certainly.

Carpe Diem has been an absolute God send, they will create any Doc, any website, anything I need I just ask. They will take of it in a quick way. They do not take months to do things like other companies. I would recommend to anyone.

With clear outlines and a projects, they are very consistent. They will go the extra mile to help you solve systems issues and are especially good at consistent data management and marketing work. And I have found them to be organized once you adopt their system for tracking projects and tasks.

I've partnered with Carpe Diem for more than four years, and the experience has been nothing short of transformational for my business. Finding reliable virtual assistants who genuinely understand business operations can be a challenge, but Carpe Diem consistently delivers excellence across every area. Their structured team model is what sets them apart. My dedicated Success Manager has coordinated tasks, managed projects, and ensured every deliverable meets expectations—often exceeding them. Over the years, they’ve expertly handled marketing automation, SEO, CRM migrations, website creation, video and social media content creation. Every process runs smoothly thanks to their use of Slack and Click Up project management tools that keep communication effortless and progress transparent. In many ways, Carpe Diem has become an extension of my business rather than an external service provider. For business owners looking to scale efficiently, they’re an outstanding partner.

Like with anything building a partnership to work together takes time, it’s never perfect. I have to give the Carpe team kudos they have always been incredible with communication, fast to act when things were not moving in the right direction. Always very attentive to our needs and today they are a huge asset to our team and business!! Highly recommend and I look forward to a long, amazing partnership ! I want to give a huge thank you to Kaab, Muhammad and our project manager Moiz who have always shown a high level of integrity and character. It’s a pleasure working with you all!!

I've been with Carpe Diem Teams for a few months now. It's like any other aspect in business - you have to invest time with them to make sure they're working on how you want them to. They're great at what they do, and they'll work how you want, but just takes some time like anything else! They're great, looking forward to what's to come over the next year working together.

I began using Carpe Diem in August 2025 through their "Hulk Team" package, and honestly, the value is unmatched. Instead of hiring a single generalist, I instantly gained a full department of 8 individual VAs, each specializing in a specific skill set. It’s been incredible to have dedicated experts for every different aspect of my business rather than trying to find one person to "do it all." The range of work this team handles is impressive. I have specialist VAs managing my social media campaigns, while others are simultaneously handling video editing for my social channels and designing beautiful graphics for our posts. We’ve even got team members focused entirely on marketing automations and SEO to keep our pipeline moving and our organic traffic growing. Seeing all these different gears turning at the same time has accelerated our projects faster than I thought possible. I also have to give a shoutout to our Account Manager, Mr. Uzair Saeed. He does a great job acting as the bridge between us and the team, ensuring communication is clear and that we're always getting the most out of the 8 different experts assigned to us. If you need to scale quickly and want a team that covers everything from website building to content creation without the HR headache, I highly recommend Carpe Diem. You’re not just getting an assistant; you’re getting a full-blown workforce.

I've been a client of Carpe Diem for over four years now, and they have been absolutely phenomenal. As a business owner, finding reliable, skilled virtual assistants who truly understand your needs is invaluable, and Carpe Diem has exceeded every expectation. What sets them apart is their comprehensive team approach. From day one, I was assigned a dedicated Success Manager who coordinates everything seamlessly. They come trained and ready to hit the ground running—no time wasted on training. Over the years, I've utilized their services across multiple areas of my business: Marketing Automation: Their team has built and optimized workflows, set up complex funnel systems, and managed CRM migrations that have saved me countless hours. Website Creation & Modification: From building new sites to optimizing existing ones, their technical expertise has kept my online presence professional and effective. Graphic Design & Social Media Management: Consistently high-quality creative work that keeps my brand engaging across all platforms. Admin & Data Entry: The administrative support has freed me to focus on strategic growth rather than day-to-day tasks. Video Editing: They've helped maintain a consistent content presence with professionally edited videos. Everything is managed through dedicated Slack channels and project management tools, so I always know what's happening with daily updates that keep me informed without being overwhelming. Their team has become an extension of my business, and I trust them completely.
