I was very skeptical to sign up for the service. I tried a debt recovery service in the past and no resolutions were ever started. Carolina legal services went right to work contacting my creditors Only one creditor ever called me during the process and that was also quickly resolved. Yes my credit score suffered briefly during the process but several months later my score is already recovering. I appreciate the customer service folks especially Amalika. She was persistent and resolved all of my accounts .

I've had nothing but great service from…
I've had nothing but great service from Carolina Legal Services every time I've called. Their customer service reps are very polite and very knowledgeable of their job. If needed, I don't mind being put on hold if I have a question about something because if they don't know the answer immediately then they find out and get the answer. I have nothing bad to say about the service from CLS.
