I just cancel the program
I just canceled the program. I asked for a copy of my signed papers stating that I shall not pay my creditors or use anymore credit since Carolina legal services was going to represent me. Never received it. It's been a month since I signed with the program and none of my creditors have been notified. I sent an e-mail to my case lawyer and it was sent back to me because the e-mail appears to be nonexistent. All this made me not to trust this program and very slow process. I expect then to returned the total amoth of money they debitef from my account within 7 to 10 weekdays as they stated today.

When I called with related questions
When I called with related questions, I was glad to be paired with a pleasant and knowledgeable woman who was able to answer my questions in a timely and professional manner. She also supplied me with info which she mailed to me promptly. I was completely satisfied with her assistance.
