Charged my card but did not provide the purchased content. Instead, after I inquired what happened with my payment, they offered inferior content in place of what I had paid for and refused to issue refund. Used Google Pay's logo on their app (to make it seem legit), but the transaction did not go through Google, who confirmed they have no record of it.
