Good experience

If I could give 10 stars to Carnival Savers I would. Our order was hung up in the FedEx system for over a week but as soon as I notified my Carnival Customer Support about the problem, she was on it. Within 24 hours our order was delivered - in plenty of time for Easter. She followed up throughout the process with friendly personal emails. I had no doubt she had our best interests at heart.

When having to order at short notice, their team member made sure my items would be shipped as fast as possible to ensure that they arrive. They did, they arrived one day before the event, less than a week after shipping! Thank you, Carnival Savers!

So cute! The items came quick and they are so adorable!

Very easy process, Fast Shipping

Quick delivery and prizes were wonderful! Nice fun selection!

Called cs because of confusion on items that were in email tracking but were in the box that was delivered. Ellen (?) was extremely helpful and called me back several times. Everything arrived before our event. I appreciate the extra effort she made

It was easy to find what I needed, make the payment, and the order arrived 2 days early!
