Impossible d annuler l abonnement.Un robot vous repond d aller sur le site mais cela est totalement impossible sur le site suport vous n avez aucune reference pour annuler votre abonnement qui vous preleve automatiquement tous les ans...

AVOID, the most unprofessional company I have ever wasted my money on. Very much the same as all the other reviews cancelled my renewal before payment was due, they then took the money anyway and when I queried it they made up some rubbish about German software laws. Daylight Robbery.

I strongly advise against using any products or services from this company. Not only did their scanner fail to work on my car, but the shipment was also significantly delayed by 12 days. To make matters worse, a year later they took money out of my account without notifying me. When I reached out to them via email, I received a rude and dismissive response. This company has shown a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid doing business with them

Carly state that they pride themselves on being transparent...what absolute tosh...no pride at all with this company. You buy the tool and they ask you to subscribe which you do to use the kit then the auto-renewal kicks in and they hit you every year for £89. They don't highlight this plus they actually lie in the description. I spoke with their so called aftercare and they say that the app license is renewed....that isn't true as that's only £56 they then auto-renew the Smart Mechanic function also at a further £33. Not transparent and to be honest when you use the word scam this actually does fit that. Such a shame when the tool is actually very good. There are other diagnostic tools out there as good without this heavy renewal package. Do not purchase.

I am extremely disappointed with Carly's performance. It is far from professional — incredibly laggy, takes an excessive amount of time to connect to the car, and when attempting to check fault codes, it simply states, “this may take a couple of minutes,” but in my experience, it doesn’t even open anything and just stalls. This level of reliability is unacceptable

Malheureusement obligé de faire opposition sur ma carte Visa pour empêcher le renouvellement automatique !!!! Carly après 15 messages me répond avec message automatique "problème résolu " fin de l'histoire !!! Quand je consulte mon compte carly le renouvellement est toujours sur automatique !!! Éviter ce site, ce sont des arnaqueurs et vous mène en bateau avec leur message automatique !!! Ils feront en sorte de ne pas répondre concrètement et vous continuerez de payez si vous ne faites pas opposition sur votre paiement qu'il faut bloquer avec votre banque sans dépasser la date !!!! Voici donc copié/collé réponse Carly problème résolu qui ne l'est pas après 3 jours et 15 messages !!!
