If you’re here to leave a 1 star…
If you’re here to leave a 1 star review, spend another 10 minutes doing these 5 things. They’ll usually have more impact than a review alone. 1. Save your evidence. Screenshot the advert, product page, order confirmation, tracking, and every email before anything changes. 2. Contact your bank. Search ”[your bank] chargeback” or ”[your bank] dispute a card payment” and submit your evidence. 3. Report the advert to the ASA. Search “ASA complain about an advert”, complete the online form, and upload your screenshots. 4. Report the trader to Citizens Advice. Search “Citizens Advice report a trader”, complete the online consumer complaint form, and attach your evidence. Citizens Advice can pass appropriate cases to Trading Standards. 5. Report the advert on Facebook or Instagram. Open the advert → ⋯ → Report Ad. Don’t just leave a review. If enough people report the same concerns through the proper channels, the chances of those concerns being looked into are much greater.
