I booked a Slingshot in Las Vegas for one day but then we decided to drive to the Grand Canyon. Rachel was kind enough to help me extend my reservation and let me know about the unlimited mile package.

Great customer service - prompt responses with options and super convenient by taking the legwork out of it for me. Not pushy, just friendly and knowledgeable.

My personal car was involved in accident and my insurance provider got me a car from CarHopper. I ended up getting a sick car for the price of a normal car I would be getting otherwise through Avis.

Booked an Escalade for my boss for a conference in Los Angeles. CarHopper helped me coordinate the car to be delivered to her hotel but it was just around 15 minutes late.

Vehicle I had previously booked got into an accident. I was informed and was upgraded into a way nicer car at no cost. Thanks again!
