Total scam – do not trust this company! I signed up in February expecting to pay just $1 for a simple VIN check. Instead, they immediately hit my account with not only the $1, but also an unauthorized $29.95 subscription fee. I contacted their support right away, and they assured me the subscription was canceled and that I’d receive a refund within 24 hours. That refund never came. Worse—despite their promise—they kept charging me $29.95 every month. This happened four times before I was forced to cancel my credit card to put an end to it. This company is dishonest and manipulative. Stay far away.

I agreed to pay $1 for a VIN check in mid-February. Instead, they immediately charged my account $1 plus $29.95 for a so-called "monthly subscription" I never agreed to!!!! I emailed them several times, and Rachel responded quickly, apologized, and claimed they had canceled the subscription and would refund the $29.95 within 24 hours. That was a lie. Since then, they’ve continued to charge my account four more times, each for $29.95. This is a fraudulent operation!!!!! Avoid at all costs. Be careful and stay away!!

Not a serious company! I accepted topay $1 for a VIN number mid february, they immidiately charged my account $1 plus $29,95 for a mthly subscription. I sent them an email, got quickly a confirmation that they apologized, would cancel the subscription and reimburse the 29,95 within 24 hours. After that my account has been debited 4 times, $29,95 each time. I finally cancelled my card. End of story.

I had to check a car for only 1$ but they are charging me 29$ every month. No email no subscription but they can take you all the money they want. Stay away from this site. Its a scam

I can confirm what others said: they claim they will charge $1 where they make a subscription for $29 + $1 for the service. In order to cancel the subscription, they created extra hoops, like giving them your phone number, address, and private information in order to "find you in the system". The credit card company (Visa) is very reluctant about this; I had to cancel my CC because of them.
