I could pull the same information in bits and pieces from various sights for free, but for a minimal charge of $1 for 1 report, I thought why not try it. The report had all the same info I found all by myself, just in one place. The text responses were prompt.When I asked why the $1 onetime fee for 1 report had not shown up on my back account yet, this is the response I got back, "We apologize for the confusion. Our records show that you enrolled up for the volume discount package. This package carries a payment plan of 12 instalments for $18.95. This entitles you to 19 reports per month. You have been charged $18.95 for the first month installment. We appreciate your business as a respected customer and ensuring your satisfaction is very important to us. Would you like to close your account, void and remove the remaining charges of $18.95?" I specifically selected the one report for $1, with no enrollment and now I have to spend a chunk of my time dealing with the after effects of a scam. I am very upset, mad!
