He took my good, old-fashioned resume and turned it into a modern, multi-focal template that I can use for my preferred job and any others down the road. For me, Career Upgraders were not a resume ghost-writer service but a soundboard, vision guide, marketing expert, and copy-editor. While I didn't use everything delivered as my final product as my own, I did use absolutely everything to guide my creativity and writing for marketing myself professionally.
