I have the honor of being coached by Chris as both a career and life coach, and the experience is profoundly impactful. Through his innovative platform, Career Free Agency, Chris has provided invaluable guidance that has reshaped my professional path. With a track record of success across multiple areas of the finance sector—including impact investing, investment banking, and research—Chris brings not only deep industry expertise but also remarkable emotional intelligence. His thoughtful, tailored advice consistently goes beyond expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Chris to anyone, regardless of where they are in their career journey. The quality of his coaching is truly unparalleled!

Chris was an essential part of a 3 person team to create and lead a "reinventing you" 3 part series for our alumni at Duke University. From the planning sessions, to the execution Chris showed up with great ideas, a warm heart full of empathy to meet the participants where they were at. Chris led the main topic of each session, and he did so with insight, knowledge, and compassion. Chris is a natural coach, he is inspiring, a great listener, a curious learner, and has a gift of connecting with people.
