Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns. We completely understand that trying something new — especially with a Pay After Placement (PAP) model — can feel confusing at first. To clarify: ✅ No Upfront Fees – You are not required to pay anything to enroll or start your classes. ✅ Binding Agreement = Protection – The agreement is designed to protect you, not bind you unfairly. It simply states that fees apply only after you secure a job through our placement support. ✅ Student-First Approach – If no placement happens, you don’t pay. It’s as simple as that. ✅ Transparency – We encourage every candidate to carefully read the agreement and ask us questions before signing. Our team is always available to clarify any clause. We value honesty and fairness in our programs. The PAP model works only if our learners succeed — your success is our success. Career Amend is committed to providing quality training and genuine opportunities, not upfront financial risk.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your concerns and want to clarify a few important points: ✅ Loan Agreements: Enrollment through Affirm is always done with full transparency. Before any agreement is signed, all terms and repayment conditions are clearly shared with the student directly from Affirm. Career Amend does not have the ability to modify or enforce Affirm’s independent lending policies. ✅ Cancellation Policy: Students are always given the option to withdraw within the outlined timelines and according to the terms in the enrollment agreement. We never intend to pressure anyone into continuing against their will. ✅ Support & Resolution: We absolutely do not benefit from keeping “fake” loans open. If a student is dissatisfied after the demo or early stages, we work with both the student and Affirm to find the best possible resolution. Our reputation is built on student success, not forced participation. We understand your frustration and regret that your experience has led you to feel this way. Our team has reached out to Affirm and remains available to assist you in resolving this matter directly. We encourage any student with concerns to contact us through [email protected] so that we can review and address individual cases quickly and fairly. At Career Amend, we are committed to ethical practices and to ensuring our learners feel supported every step of the way.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’d like to clarify a few important points: ✅ Career Amend never directly requests your banking details. However, when you complete an application with Affirm (our independent lending partner), their platform may require you to securely provide your bank information to set up autopay. This process is handled exclusively by Affirm for repayment purposes — not by Career Amend. ✅ All legitimate applications are processed directly on Affirm’s official website, and your information is protected under their security standards. ✅ Our team members are expected to act with complete professionalism at all times. Any instance of rude or inappropriate behavior is taken very seriously and does not reflect our values. We encourage anyone who feels uncertain to verify directly with us at [email protected] or visit our official website before sharing any information. Your trust and safety are our top priority, and we’re committed to full transparency in every step of the process.

Dear Usman Aslam, We’re truly sorry to hear about this experience and completely understand how repeated, unsolicited calls can feel intrusive and frustrating. Please know that Career Amend strictly adheres to data privacy and ethical communication practices. We never intentionally reach out to individuals who have not shown prior interest in our programs. It's possible your number may have been mistakenly added through a third-party lead source or via an incomplete online inquiry. Regardless, we take your concern very seriously. We’ve now escalated this matter internally to ensure your number is permanently removed from all databases associated with our outreach systems. We assure you that Career Amend is a legitimate and compliant organization dedicated to supporting learners globally—not a “money grab.” However, if you’d be willing to share the numbers you've been contacted from or email us at [email protected], we’ll be able to investigate this more deeply and prevent future instances. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Team Career Amend

Let’s address the facts. Yes, you enrolled by paying £55.00—a basic registration fee that was clearly explained before enrollment. And yes, the first project assigned to you was an internal project. Why? Because it's designed that way—to assess your skill level and readiness before placing you on real-world, paid internships with our partner companies. We don’t hand out external paid projects blindly. Merit matters. That first project is our filter—to see if you’re actually prepared to deliver in a real company environment. If you had completed it with sincerity and demonstrated capability, you would have moved on to the next phase like many others already have. As for your refund request—our terms are publicly available and clearly state that onboarding fees are non-refundable after enrollment and access to project materials. If your emails weren’t instantly replied to, that doesn’t equate to neglect—it means our support team was following internal timelines and protocols. We’re not here to convince skeptics. We're here to work with candidates who understand that career development takes effort, not just payment and entitlement. If you feel the need to involve consumer authorities, you're absolutely within your rights. Just ensure you’re sharing the full truth—not a distorted version that leaves out key facts.

You didn’t take the course—yet you’re questioning its value based solely on a conversation and a Trustpilot score? That’s not a fair or informed judgment. If you had actually enrolled, you’d understand why thousands of serious candidates choose us and benefit from our programs. Our sales team is committed to answering doubts, but when someone throws out surface-level criticism without any real understanding, naturally, they’ll push back. That’s not being "defensive"—that’s standing up for the quality of what we offer. We don’t need to convince people who aren't serious. Our results speak for themselves—and we’ll continue focusing on students who are here to learn, not just to complain.
