Jimmy Colt helped me get my house back from the bank. I was ready to give up and just let them take my house. Jimmy gave me the strength to fight back. Now I am paying less every month and am caught up on my loan. I could not have done it without Jimmy. Thank you!

I was a little unsure at first when Jimmy from Cardinal Branch called me. I had fallen behind on my mortgage payments due to my wife passing away and me being laid off about a month after. I thought I was going to lose my home. Jimmy Colt called me and told me that he could save my home. My file was assigned to Monica Whitmore. She really made the entire process go smoothly. She made sure to communicate with me on a weekly basis either by telephone, email or texts. Her professionalism is impeccable and it was great to work with her. I am a satisfied client.

All my mortgage company wanted to do was put me in forbearance, But Dan got all my back mortgage payments forgiven and knocked $300 off my payments.

I was contacted by Cardinal Branch in regards to my delinquent mortgage loan payment. My bank was fooling around with me and never calling me back. Luckily, Alvin Crandall at Cardinal helped me understand that my bank was not necessarily going to do me any favors but he sure did. I now have a very decent interest rate with a much lower monthly payment to go along with it. I had several missed loan payments as well that were all forgiven and that saved me thousands of dollars! Thank you Alvin Crandall. You are a complete gift.

My journey began when my company closed during Covid and my income was cut in half. I receive social security but I just could not afford to pay my mortgage in full so I feel behind. My bank helped out but I fell way behind and they only wanted to help by putting all of my late payments at the end of my loan. As time went by I was able to get another job and my income improved. My bank seemed to only want me to pay off all of my missed payments, and wow!! that would have been a lot of money. Well, I went online and got in touch with Cardinal Branch. Alvin Crandall explained how I could get all of my missed mortgage payments forgiven and even lower my mortgage payments. I followed Mr. Crandall's procedure and sent in documents and paid a small fee compared to what I would have owed if I had to pay all of my missed mortgage payments! Now, I am completely satisfied and all my payments that were missed when I got behind in paying my mortgage got completely forgiven! My interest rate got lowered and my mortgage payments are so much lower now. I want to thank Alvin Crandall, and the whole staff at Cardinal Branch for helping to change my life for the better!! I love Cardinal Branch and I would refer them to anyone who needs help with their mortgage especially when their bank doesn't do very much to assist and only wants you to repay them all of your missed payments you got behind on. Thank you Cardinal Branch!!

Cardinal Branch and Ken Sargent are the best thing since sliced bread. They helped me save my home and I was over 12 months behind on my payments. They stopped a sale date on my home and still lowered my payments by $189. I would refer them to anyone who needed help with their mortgage. Really good people.

I got a call from Cardinal Branch one day and at first I thought it was just another telemarketer trying to sell me something but after talking to Kyle for a while I soon realized that it was far from that. My rate was out the roof and I was behind 2 months. My mortgage company gave me absolutely no help and I began looking for apartments because I was sure I was going to get foreclosed on. Kyle helped me get my interest rate lowered to something way more afforable for me and was able to get rid of my delinquent payments. I never been so blessed in my life. Thank you so much Cardinal Branch.
