We were $50,000.00 behind on our payments. Covid was rough on my family. I have three children. Two of them have medical issues. Good kids, just not the best of health. My wife's mother lives with us too. It was actually her house, but we were making the payments on it. But the bank foreclosed on us and threatened us with a pending sale date. The lawyer for the lender was already attached. Our exit from the home was imminent. We would be on the street with an older woman, two sick kids and my wife and Son. Not an ideal situation for a man with a great deal of pride. That's when I get this crazy text message that seems to address all of my concerns. Is this an answered prayer? Or a grifter trying to fleece off of my family's wows. I'm excited and terrified all at the same time. Torn between two worlds of good and bad. I took a chance, I had no choice. A few months later Big Al kicked the lender's butt into submission and my fears were finally over. These guys are amazing. And don't let Big Al scare you. I found out, he's the only one you can trust.

We had a sale date. 24 months behind. My wife was sick, so I had to take off work to care for her. The kids are gone. There adults now. Not very supportive. I'm thinking the world is crashing down on me. What can I do, where can I turn? That's when Big Al called and saved my days. He instantly gave me hope. This stuff he said made sense. He took his time and explained the process to me. Before you knew it. The sale date was lifted. I'm no longer behind, and I save a couple of bucks each month with a lower mortgage payment. My wife met a gentleman by the name of Ed Evans with Cardinal Branch through an online inquiry. I was skeptical until I spoke to Ed and he was very experienced and very knowledgeable. You wouldn't believe how this happened. I'm months behind on my mortgage, like 13 months. You know, covid and all. This guy calls me on the phone. Big Al Finny, what a name. He's loud and aggressive, like a clown on TV. I can feel him in my face over the phone. Kind of pleasant, kind of pushy. I felt like hanging up the phone just to get away from him. But that would have been the dumbest thing I ever did in my life. Five months later, I'm current. My home is no longer in foreclosure and the sale date was removed. Better yet, my family was safe again. My stress is gone and I can sleep at night once again. These guys are the best, Cardinal Branch. I Highly recommend them.

My name is Ann R, We had gotten a couple months behind, 4 or 6 of them. I forget. But it was starting to add up quickly and we didn't have the money to pay off the forbearance in full like the bank was asking. Besides that my lender stopped helping me long ago. They avoided my calls and then put me on hold when I would finally get through to someone. Then they would deliberately confuse the heck out of me while telling me nothing. We got everything Albert said I would. We are at the end of our trails and this man has not only become a friend, but we are hoping for a brother in law as well.
