Hi Omer, As stated on our website, we are not a financial service nor a wallet and cannot "refund" your crypto deposit. The only way to deplete your balance is to purchase gift cards. Don't deposit more then you wish to spend.

Since you left two reviews, we'll address both with the same message. We have no way of determining the supply and demand of gift cards at any time. In your specific case, the demand for Walmart gift cards has far outreached the supply. We have plenty of other gift cards available for purchase but can't promise any specific retailer. As stated in our FAQ's and when you make a deposit, we cannot refund balances. We aren't a bank, nor a wallet service. Only deposit what you plan on spending on gift cards. The only way to withdraw your funds is via gift cards. Contact our customer service and we're more then happy to assist to get your funds back to you in any gift card of your choosing.

As stated in our FAQ's, our Terms of Service and right before you click the button to verify your bank account, we state: "Your E check verifications will be credited to your Card Bazaar balance". We don't have any hidden charges. Getting your bank account verified to purchase gift cards is a bit tedious, but needed in order to create a safe buying experience. The process is pretty simple: 1. Add your bank account. 2. Verify your bank account. 3. Make a deposit with your bank account. 4. Buy gift cards. Our support team is always available should you have any additional questions.

Hi Sandra, A couple of points we'd like to point out. You made a deposit request on 10/10/19. Your account was credited on the exact same day. You did not purchase anything from us (or log into your account until today). From 10/10/19 until today, we've sold a total of 11 different retailers. Exactly zero of them had any price or discount changes in that time frame. The Lowe's gift card you did end up purchasing has had the same discount for that time period as well. Hi, Sorry you had your bad experience. If you use ACH to pay for gift cards, you have to wait until your ACH clears your bank and then make your purchase. This is used to defer against fraud. You also initiated the transaction from your bank account. Not us. We recommend going back and reading the site and reading all about how it works. It'll be a wonderful experience once you understand how it works.

We're not really big fans of companies who write generic "professional" responses. In our mind it creates an almost robotic atmosphere. CardBazaar strives to create a headache-free marketplace where buyers and sellers can comfortably exchange with one another in a trusting setting. We believe our "human" responses provides that trusting setting. In order to create this headache free environment, we expect our customers to do things like read sentences or not blatantly lie about services. We'd rather those customers go to our competitors, then create a marketplace that's not headache free. Thank you for your comment.
