I recently purchased almost $2000 in gift cards from them. Roughly $800 in Best Buy cards and $1100 in Apple store cards. All the cards appeared to have the right amount on them and be valid when order was processed. One Best buy card for $370 wasn't legitimate though so couldn't use that to make purchase. Was able to make purchase with the other $430 in best buy cards. Was able to place order with apple store cards but was notified the next day that they were unable to process the payment from gift cards so they would refund me the money. So i proceed to check the card balance after the refund was sent and all 3 of the cards have a $0 balance. So all in all was scammed on about $1470 out of the $1900 purchased. Have tried to contact them through email multiple times and of course haven't received a response. If you don't want to lose most of or all the $ you spend I would stay away from this site.

Not a good option if you are planning on using ACH transfers to buy gift cards here. They sold $50 gift card only to come back and say that the card was not valid; subsequently another gift card, which also had much lower balance than the advertised value and lowered the discount significantly! There are rarely any gift cards available and by the time you transfer money to buy your gift card of interest, that card is gone and your money is stuck, as you can’t transfer it back to your bank account nor get a refund!

CardBazaar has a fraud problem and their guaranteed time frame is significantly shorter than comparable gift card sellers; CardBazaar = 24 hours vs. Other gift card sellers = 7days-100 days. I purchased several gift cards from CardBazaar and used them for a large purchase that day. I noticed a few days later that the purchased amount for the gift cards and the credit given at check out was different. Card Bazaar has a 24 hour guarantee on most of their gift cards, so I contacted them about the discrepancy. Although I used the cards in the guaranteed time frame, I was told that because I did not contact them within the time frame they would not honor their guarantee. The card seller sold the card than used the funds themselves and card bazaar wouldn't reimburse me for the fraud through their service.

I have an issue with a gift card where the sold code is not valid. I have not heard back from support in over 5 days!!! Very disappointing service. They said they responded even on Twitter but all they say if that “they responded”. No specific response. I did not hear back from them with an actual fix to my issue. I am furious at this point.

I have written the company over three times and they have not responded! I want my money back!!!!!!!! Over 300$

Terrible!!! Poor customer service!!! Rarely any gift cards. Money tied up for months. Can't get my money back.

I see now that the only way I can get a answer from support is to post here after sending 2 emails with no response. Im a bulk seller that sold card bazaar 2 starbucks gift cards. I wanted to test card bazaar out after they told me they would send me a same day payment to my bank account at 75%. It has been almost a week and I still haven't been paid yet. I sent two emails over the course of about a week with no answer , even though they claim they answer emails within 24 hours. We need more sellers in these reviews to comment on stuff like this , the reviews used to be good , it seems like the company is going downhill past few months I see. That's why I only gave them 2 cards If you want to find me support my email starts with raise1029, clear this up and I'll erase the review Im a good man just don't like to be cheated out of my money
