They slant test results to make it seem like you need to do more and more tests so they make more money. Per them, no matter how many motive sperm you have, the ONLY thing that matters is their proprietary measurement of "cap-score" which is determined as the % of sperm capable of generating a pregnancy. But if you have 10x the "normal" amount, that - logically - would matter overall, but per them it doesn't. In other words 20% of 1M (200,000) < 27% of 100K (27,000). So just a bit of insanity going on over there.

I purchased this kit, followed the instructions, sent it out. The lab did not test my sample until after 4 days had past. On the test results they admit in small lettering that motility can drop 20%-25% due to overnight shipping. Over 4 days! They also advise that if you get a low score, you should send a fresh sample in. Why was this not stated before purchasing the kit? Had I know that motility numbers drop so quickly, which is what sets this test apart from normal SA, I wouldn't have paid $200 for test results that were guaranteed to be inaccurate. This is a great concept but terrible execution. I was even messaging them daily while they sat on my sample and let it degrade. I am now asking them how much motility and morphology can degrade in that amount of time and they are giving me the run around by answering unrelated questions. Shoddy business. Steer clear!
