I installed the Capiwise app expecting a straightforward crypto advertising experience, but my experience raised serious privacy concerns. While using the app, I felt that it requested access to sensitive personal data that did not seem necessary for its core functionality. I was also asked to make a payment related to data access or permissions, which I found unexpected and difficult to justify. Because of these concerns, I decided not to continue using the app. I believe users should carefully review the permissions requested by any app before granting access to their personal information. I am sharing my experience to help other users make informed decisions. I also hope the Capiwise team reviews these concerns, improves transparency about why data is collected, and ensures that only the permissions genuinely required for the app are requested.

Absolutely abysmal. I tried to use capiwise. Jamal Amer and his team had significant overreach- reaching to my client (after they made a payment) without checking with me first and making them jump onto a call. On their own side- no accountability, no explanation for fees and delays and harassing my client without me on the call. Absolutely unacceptable.

I strongly advise against getting involved with cryptocurrency platforms, based on my personal experience. Many of these platforms appear to lure users with misleading promises of high returns and secure investments. Numerous reports highlight issues such as withdrawal difficulties, hidden fees, and unresponsive customer service. A lack of transparency often leads to substantial financial losses for investors. Due to platform restrictions, I’ve chosen this approach with the sole intention of helping others who may be in a similar situation recover their money.

The app has helped me make better and informed decisions about investment through it's curated information flash. Information is simplified, clear and concise for a novice investor.
