A great friendly bunch on the front end but unfortunately a very slow underwriting team on the back end. I think the best thing to do in these type of capital solution firms is to actually understand the client at the beginning rather than down the road. Almost 5 weeks of back n forth and finding out that capital solutions is not a good fit, when promised that “we are very fast in decisions”, doesn’t really help an up and coming m&a Group. It only hurts timelines. I do hope that with the next startup you deal with, there is a more quicker turnaround and less time wasted. Regards,
