Not entirely sure that this "firm" is…
Not entirely sure that this "firm" is even a law firm. Contacted them after I was discriminated against and wrongfully terminated after 5 years on the job after a management takeover. Strung me along for 7 months, after I uploaded my necessary documents, went so far as to file an EEOC charge against my former employer, then suddenly out of the blue closed my case, because they were unsuccessful at getting a settlement out of my former employer, and clearly didn't want to go to litigation. WHAT?!? Isn't that what attorneys do?! I was more than willing to go to court! I was never able to speak to the attorney assigned directly, only AI-generated messages, the joke of bi-weekly "case update," and if you needed to speak to a live person, you were directed to a call center in India, and forced to speak to people with THICK Indian accents. So much for getting help in a helpless situation. Steer clear of this farce of a law firm
