I worked with Debbie at Capital Funding Financial in the past and she was amazing! I highly recommend using them... I have tried 3 other lenders in the space and they are by far my top choice for rental, fix and flip, and hard money loans!

CFF is an excellent private money lender to use when you need to close in 7-10 days! We have used them on many fix and flip properties as well as long term rental investments. I highly recommend them for financing any investment property.
