Have bought several products from them over the last 5 years. Some things are ok (the coconut butter and pink salt, which are just white labeled). Their matcha is meh, other beauty products are also very meh. My biggest issue though is any reviews I have left that are 1-3 stars get removed. So shady and very misleading.

This came completely destroyed. It was placed lovingly on my porch so I know it wasn’t from them handling it incorrectly. You can’t return it so I just threw it away. Can’t say it works, was a little afraid to even hold it honestly.

I love to get my CAP products from GOOP. My top picks are matcha sticks (easy to carry around on the go) and their coconut butter. I love it because it is raw and the flavor is just so rich, I always put it in my morning coffee for extra fat.
