They closed a location we booked a stay and now refuse to give us a refund.
We booked a weekend at Canton Ranch’s Woodside California location. The facility was closed for business without any prior notice. We were only given an email/call stating the Woodside location was closed and we were booked at their Tucson location. They refuse to give any refunds for the stay. Multiple phone calls and emails later all we get is radio silence. Canyon Ranch is not a trustworthy business. They don’t try to take care of their customers.
