Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on Canvas. The first time I ordered a shipment of dishes from this store half of them arrived broken. Customer service refused to help. Then a while later I did see another dish I liked. So, stupidly, I tried again. And another mistake on Canvas's part, and no customer service to help. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!

Appalling customer service purchased a mug as a gift for my son cost £12.0 from garden centre and it’s cracked been used 3 times because lost receipt garden centre won’t do anything contacted canvas home explaining and sent photos their response was simply go back to the store seriously they obviously didn’t even read what I said. Will never buy anything from them again and they are certainly not the cheapest.
