This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. Don't do it. There is no option for contact other than email. I received the initial email confirming my order and that was it. I contacted them thru email to cancel my order less than 3hrs after placing it. I followed their cancelation rules and received no response. I reached out again to confirm my cancelation, and attempt contact as to avoid any refund issues, and still received no response. The item never showed up, I still didn't have a response from canvas easy art, and had no refund. I went through to my credit card company with a fraud claim. Canvas Easy Art actually had the nerve to dispute the chargeback!!! I have been fighting and am still submitting all my documentation info to my credit card company tryingto get my money back. This company has a lot of nerve and are absolute scammers. Don't try it I wish I hadn't.
