From what we see your withdrawal was cancelled as you were not eligible to make a withdrawal, as a result you were already refunded for your deposit which was made in order to cash out. As well from what we see you were emailed a few times about it + about the condition from our t&c showing you why you were not eligible to make a withdrawal, so not sure why you writing "without any correspondence or explanation" . Hey there, We hope all is well. We have been looking into your account and we see nothing wrong. Your withdrawal eas cancelled due to the fact that you were not an active player while initiating the withdrawal ( as in didn't deposit in over 30 days prior to the withdrawal request), which cashing out from a free is a benefit saved only for our active players. As well you were sent the condition directly from our t&c so this should't come as a surprise as well. Shame you chose to blacken our name for no reason.
